wokeup ans thought i had dentist. had psych appointment actually. it went well as it could. told my psych about my relationship stuff issues. went out and got food and melatonin and meds. took some melatonin awhile ago and fell asleep. watched doctor who with ve and it reminded me of being nineteen or twenty. watched bugsy malone in the whim vc. the new doctor is interesting. my eyes hurt. my neck hurts. i feel too tired to write much. Cirrus talked about guilt and how that isn't a productive feeling. i saw a cool feeling and wish i could send it to thorn. i mean video. about to passout.
